Meanwhile, the pretty village of Prestbury, with its abundant shops and restaurants, is just a short walk away, while the historic city of Chester and Tatton Park are great for days out.
The space
The property begins with a long driveway surrounded by peaceful countryside which leads to a set of electric gates for ultimate seclusion.

Step through the double-height glass doors and into the light and spacious hallway. You'll be greeted by a grand galleried landing which leads up to the first floor which features a sociable living space and a large kitchen/dining room.

The living room is beautifully appointed with Velux windows and a striking log burner which takes pride of place. Gather here for movie marathons on the Smart TV, or simply relax on the sumptuous L-shaped sofa with a good book in hand.

The extensive kitchen is complete with a host of high-tech appliances to ensure you have everything you will need to self-cater with ease (a private chef can be arranged on request), while the dining table seats six guests, and the breakfast bar seats four. While you await your feast there are two plush velvet sofas to sink into with a crisp glass of champagne, or you can relax on the balcony and admire the serene countryside views.

Venture back downstairs to the ground floor where you will find five luxurious bedrooms. The master is complete with a dressing room and en-suite with a free-standing bath and shower. Three of the four remaining bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, while the final bedroom has access to the main bathroom.

Outside, you will have access to a southeast landscaped garden with a manicured lawn and a decked area with sofas, a dining table and a fire pit.
